Linden Flower Tea Infusion
Natural healers have long known the many benefits of Linden Flower Tea. In folk medicine, it is often referred to as "fever tea", and was used to induce sweating to help to reduce fever. Other health benefits include alleviating colds & coughs, stimulating the appetite, reducing anxiety and relieving insomnia. Linden flower tea infusions have long been valued as a very beneficial remedy for children. Adding linden flower tea to the bath water can help to calm and soothe babies and children. Skin care benefits include the use of linden flower tea infusions in use as a wash or when added to lotion, to regenerate the skin, and as an excellent remedy for eye puffiness.

1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tsp of Linden Flowers, then steep for 10 minutes. Cool as necessary.
- Sip this tea 1-3 times daily to induce perspiration and reduce fever
- Add to bathwater to soothe and calm babies and children
- To decrease swelling, soak cotton wool balls in the cooled tea mixture, and apply on the eyelids for up to 20 minutes.
