wild plant remedies

A country walk reveals an abundance of wild plants which can be make into wild plant remedies (and wild food recipes). Fortunately, many of our most popular remedies come from plants that are found in cities and suburban gardens as well as in rural countryside. (Think of nettles and brambles!) Many useful wild plants can be found beside roads, however, harvesting roadside plants is not recommended due to their repeated exposure to exhaust fumes and other pollutants. We've put together a list of some of our favourite simple wild plant remedies, with their uses and healing benefits. We think you'll be amazed at the wonderful everyday remedies that can be made from some of our most common wild plants!
